[TechAssist] Question on Samsung HLR4667W

We have gotten several calls from customers about problem with audio and video 
not in sync from Tv, customers say they were told the fix has to do with 
a computer to hook up to the tv and fix this.  Has anyone heard anything about 
this from Samsung? 
Last call was about the HLR4667W.
