Dave:
Go after the customer. It is their set. This is called Theft of Services.
They company/customer can not just arbitrarily refuse to pay for completed
work.
Florida law is on your side.
I have emailed this link to a couple of TPAs that wanted to renig (?). I
have allways been paid.
See this link:
http://www.flsenate.gov/Statutes/index.cfm?App_mode=Display_Statute&Search_S
tring=&URL=Ch0812/SEC012.HTM&Title=->2002->Ch0812->Section%20012
If the link is not clickable:
www.leg.state.fl.us/Statutes/index..cfm click
on the page that says title XLVI Chapter 812 definitions, scroll down to
812.012 and read line 6 & 6b.
I am sick and tired of TPAs, manufacturers, and even customers trying to
pull crap like this. Be sure to add an extra charge for the extra time they
are not taking from your business.
