walter The device that you are checking is likely the degaussing
thermistor--it will get very hot---does the relay stay latched? is there any
HV? if you jump the relay do you get HV? many things to check w/o a

Subject: [TechAssist] Quasar SX2751HE Dead, Question about D850

Relay clicks and that's all.
I noticed that D850(a black plastic affair with 3
legs)
Gets extremely hot pretty quick.
a resistance check in circuit shows:
1 to 2==3 ohms
2 to 3==68 ohms
1 to 3 == 68 ohms
Polarity doesn't matter
Out of circuit:
1 to 2 ==3 ohms
2 to 3 ==210 ohms
1` to 3 ==204 ohms
Polarity doesn't matter.
I have no schematic, and wondered if anyone could
tell me anything about thia set.
Chassis no is ALEDC218.
TIA
Walter
