I just got confused now. I do save the emails on my data base. I can't read
all of them but do search by model if I need to. So just simple question I
asked but looks like I am not lucky this time. Thank you all.

That was a CONCATENATION of various techs with various INFO....one tech
stating "XDS info is the source of muting" , another tech who called Guide
Plus and "found out they were running tests, and it'll be another week or
two" (that was about a week or two!) ....it could ALL be a Big Fat Lie as
far as I know.....but I happen to trust other techs and their research.

Maybe they're pulling it out of their Wazoo....but why? Who would benefit?
