[TechAssist] Proscan CTC172 Neg. Pic.

Set came in with no vertical. Repaired vertical problem only to find negative 
picture. All voltages to pic tube are normal. Check video in jack, picture did 
not appear to be negative with cross hatch generator. But no color on color 
bars either.  Some color from character generator but is washed out color. 
Color on menu  washed out but not negative.  Never worked on this chassis 
before.  Any help appreciated.       Paul
