[TechAssist] ProScan with no Vertical Oscillation

Pix collapses into 1/2 wide horizontal band. Not familiar with the layout
and do not have a schematic on this one. The set is 10 years old so many of
the caps are registering good but should be compared. The vertical circuitry
is a little different on this set.
Any help much appreciated from the ProScan experts.
