[TechAssist] Printer windows in XP

On some of my XP computers, when I select "print", a window appears where I
may select which printer to use,etc. On my home XP system,I click "print",no
window appears,the printer simply starts and prints. I need this window to
appear before print.How do I get this PC to do this?
