Hi Techs,
Customer just called about his 4 year old 32" Sony and is telling me the
picture jumps up & down very slightly mostly on still pictures and not
noticeable on moving pictures. It sounded to me like he was describing a
normal NTSC interlace effect. He said it just started doing this in the
last 4 months or so and that the cable guy told him there was something
wrong with the set. He is going to bring the set in and I'll fire it up
while he's here. If it is just from the interlacing how would be a good way
to splain it to him? I mentioned that it might have done it all along and
he just noticed it - and now it would be difficult to quit noticing it but
he didn't buy it... Anyway, I'll know more when it gets here..
