Standard procedure here:
Replace the STK convergence IC's. Use OEM's Pay the money. May not need 
but a touch up afterwards. That's why I like the OEMs.
ESR all lytics on the conv. board, ohm all lo-ohm resistors, resolder 
all connectors and suspicious solder. Pioneer is famous for solder., 
install the chips and see...
