[TechAssist] Phillips(Need codes)

Model:PR1917-C122
Chassis:  19A800-7561

I have the special remote to program the codes in and save them in the
memory.
I have lost what they are.
Also how do you get it back to the original settings, to program.
I tried it on other tv*s and have gotten it out of the original
settings.
