[TechAssist] Philips Plasma mem upgrade

who's done it, how easy was it? model 37PF7320A, sound cuts out,
change the channel and it comes back, tech assist says to get a memory
stick, down load the software from Philips, and stick it in the TV slot ?
sounds simple, is it really that easy ? what memory stick am I looking for
? wonder if my camera will load it ? thanks for any help
