[TechAssist] Philips PTV710 shorts h.o.t. instantly

Hi fellows, I am trying to help another tech with this PTV710
all parts starting from the Horizontal Driver to the primary of the Flyback and
collector of Q-906. B+ is steady at 130vdc.
It blows the Output Transistor and R-961 and R-934 instantly at turn on.
tried removing HV splitter and the CRTs totally isolated and does the same.
would appreciate any help we can get.
