[TechAssist] Philips Factory Mode

Philips 27PT6441/37 L04.1U AA chassis.
Changed out the main cb and fired up OK. Set is in the factory mode and the 
customer's remote will not operate any functions. Is this to be expected? I can 
operate the manual buttons. I cannot find any info in the Force32 manual 
stating that a special remote is required. Any help much appreciated.
