[TechAssist] Philips F8 - Vert Problem?

Make: Philips 27" TV
Model: TS2746 C101
Chassis: F8
Has vertical lines (bad vertical foldover) only on "bottom half" of picture.
Top half of picture looks fine. I replaced the STV9379FA Vertical output IC
(no change) and checked all vertical caps and C2489 (all ok) (no change)
also checked R3409 & R3488 out of circuit (they were ok). TV does not go
into shutdown nor does it have any keystone effect, just bad Vert foldover
on bottom half of picture. Tips say maybe bad Yoke?
BTW, This is "NOT" the common bright screen symptom caused by R3340 on the
CRT board. This set stays on and has a picture. Anyone seen this problem? Is
it the Yoke?
