I got one here doing the -exact- same thing.
The SSB board is the known culprit. I just got two of them in stock.
I'll let you know if it fixes them
They are pricey! About $90 each with shipping!
I have this tips also but was not able to get the part easily enough. Try
this and see if it works!

Replace Surface Mount Zener Diode 6031 On Small Signal Board, On Side Of
Board Closest To Tuner, Just Above Ic7066 (8 Pin Flatpack Near Center Of
Board). Replace With 2.4v Zener, Nte5000a Worked Fine.
