Problem: Customer would press the power button six times before set would
turn on, finally it wouldn't come on at all
it would make a few clicks then Green Led light would come on
and it had B+
Solution: Electrolytic 2455 a 47 uf/25 v off pin 3 of horizontal driver had
bad ESR
