[TechAssist] Philipps/Magnavox CCB130 TV/VCR combo

Hello all,
  We have the above combi with no On Screen Display.
  Also when we disconnect the signal (cable line) we go no blue screen.
  We have replaced the eeprom (IC202), also replaced video chroma deflection ic 
(IC301) with no luck.
  The vert & horz pulses look good going into the micro.
  We have 5vpp pulses coming out of the OSD (RGB) pins on the micro going into 
IC301.
  We also have a fast blank pulse (5vpp) coming out of the micro going into 
IC301.
  If we turn up the G2, we can see a faint black OSD.
  Also, if we select closed caption, we get no writing, just a black box.
  Any help with this beast will be greatly appreciated.
