[TechAssist] Parts ID for Hitachi CT3108B (1988)

I need the value of R715 and R716. I downloaded the manual from Hitachi but
it is apparently a scan from a paper manual and the values are unreadable.
It is not listed in Sams. R715 was 2 resistors piggy-backed together,
apparently it came that way from the factory. These resistors are in the
horizontal circuit feading B+ to the flyback and the "FBT protector". All 3
resistors burned beyond recognition. Thanks, John.
