If that is the one off the output of the Vertical IC Then it could be a 75v 
zener used to protect the vertical widin, is known to fail when the vertical 
IC shorts, can Kill the IC again if its wounded (I have had it happen to me 
at least once). but as Jeff said Model # are more useful in JVC than Chassis 
number, unless I guess it is one repackaged under one of the store brands.

Might be a 75v zener, but without model number....hard to say.
