C-818 = 820PF @ 1 KV.
it was arced across and was measuring 1K.

If this set went out during a storm or maybe the B+ is running too high,it
will go
into a
shutdn mode.Before you spend too much time on it,check D825.Its an avalanche
diode
that is used as a ckt protector.Usually its a R2KL .If you don't have the
oem
part,you can
use a NTE570.
