[TechAssist] Panasonic PV-M2058 fixed

Symptom - appeared dead
Observations - Q505 and Q541 (2SA733), overcurrent protect transistors, have
very low resistance between collector and emitter.
Fix - Replace Q505 and Q541
Notes - Transistors may check good base/collector and base/emitter.
Just about all of the 1998 Panasonic tvcrs use this same protect circuit.
