[TechAssist] Panasonic PT-56WX51E Fix bad convergence FYI

This set came with bad blue convergence and I noticed that R7059 a 2.2 ohm
resistor was real hot compared to the other resistors in the red and green
circuits. After further checking I found that pin 12 of IC7106 the BH
convergence
out to the blue output IC was not 12K to ground like the Red and Green.
This being a double sided board I resoldered all the little flow thru
connector under IC 7106 and that reconnected PIN 12 to the rest of the
circuit and repaired the unit. So be on the look out for other problems
like this on these double sided boards.
