Hey, Ken; How do you get the round, plastic thingy off the shaft of the spindle motor, IF I decide to replace it ? Is it pressed on ? Just use a lot of force ? I'm afraid I might break something. I floated the + side, and applied 10-20 VDC, and the motor won't spin at all. It draws a lot of current, when I try.
