[TechAssist] Panasonic CT-36D11E (ch# GP342) HOT gets hot, pulls in from leftside then shut down.

Well the subject line says it. Assisting a local shop.
Panasonic. CT-36D11E, GP342 chassis, 2001 year.
After on a while, the HOT gets stedily hotter. Ay some point, just
before the shutdown, there is a quick pull in from the left side.
Tech has been over the chassis. Is there any known histories on this model?
Will forward responses, and post his fix if found.
