[TechAssist] Panasonic CT-32HX41E Loud pop now faint sound buzz in audio

Can anyone help on this Panasonic CT-32HX41E.  Customer complained of a loud 
pop and then very faint sound and now a buzz in the audio. The sound level and 
buzz stays the same at zero or max sound level. The audio output fixed and 
variable have the same faint sound and buzz also. I'm hoping someone has a fix 
for this problem. Any help would be much appreciated.
