[TechAssist] Panasonic CT32G31U blows line fuse

Panasonic:
Model    CT32G31U
Chassis ADEP276
This set is here for the 3rd time...within 4 months always with same problem
Always dead..
 1, Replaced p/s regulator and line fuse.
 2, Replaced line fused played 3 days with no problem
 3, Replaced line fuse and playing fine here.
               Tried on a varac, and checked current draw and its a bit over 
2A..  Customer said set never fails while watching, they just go to turn on and 
its dead.. Maybe a standby problem or glitch on AC in?
Hoping someone has some info on this set.
