[TechAssist] Panasonic CT-31SF13U FIX

 Set came in dead, found D552 shorted and replaced.. Fired set  up with varac, 
came on and went dead... Output transistor checked ok....Thought maybe 
transformer was bad...Scoped horiz drive to the  output every checked ok until 
set went dead....Removed output transistor cleaned compound from back.. Dam, it 
had a pinhole and shorting out at turn on....Hope this helps someone else..
