[TechAssist] Panasonic CT27X11 Pincushion

Hello all,
Client originally complained that his picture was too red, and with a schematic
(thanks to Ernie from Valley TV) entered the service menu and found the red
cutoff way too high. Readjusted, and color is now good. We noticed that the
picture was bowed from the sides to the center(not real bad, but more so on the
right of the screen than the left) and the vertical was stretched a bit too
much on the bottom and top.Hot running cool. All this happened overnight
according to the customer. Checked voltages in the pincushion circuit and all
seem on the money.
Could this possibly be an eeprom problem, or possibly a bad coil like in the
Sony?
As always, any insight or suggestion is appreciated.
