[TechAssist] Re: Panasonic CT27G6E AP362/ Dead, No voltage on scan and data lines.

Find on some models of Pan you can install a blank eeprom and the set
will run if old eeprom is bad, you have to reprogram channels etc, also
a cure if parental lock is on set and you don't have the remote.
