[TechAssist] Panasonic CT20G14A still dead

Hi guys, I`m working on a Pan. CT20G14A, originally set was dead, found
primary of T002 open, ordered transformer and installed today, now have
B+ but set still dead and squeals when turned on. Checked HOT and it 
reads dead short,removed HOT and re-checked it,not shorted, I have a 
dead short on the collector to emitter traces of the HOT,pulled caps,
C563,565,566,& 823 and still have short on C-E traces, don`t have print 
and board is painted black in the HOT area so it`s very hard to follow 
trace, can someone with this schematic check it and give me some idea
where to look ? I tried to order print from Tri-tronics but they don`t 
list it, tia, Larry E.
