A single bar would tell me you have some source of 60 Hz there. The two 
sources in the TV are either the 60 cycle power supple, or the vertical. 
I'm thinking vertical. Maybe a vert output IC getting noisey as it 
warms. Try freeze spray on the vert IC and some of the components. The 
Vcc to it is scan derived so not coming from there. Diodes, transistors 
and ICs are known to get noisey junctions in them. Will keep looking.
