[TechAssist] PTK 169PTC P60153EB reg. B+ too high shutsdown

Hi Guys, I could definitely use some help on this PTK169, All standby
voltages are correct,
set starts to come up then immediately shutsdown, originally I replaced
Cr4118 and C4102,
set ran perfectly in shop, brought to customers house, and set wouldn`t
start, set will start at
approx. 80 volts on variac but I have to back it down immed. to 69 volts
to keep it running,
at this setting the run regulated voltage is already at 135 volts, of
course if I try to increase the
variac it shuts down. I have checked Y4301, CR4123, CR4401, CR4402,
C4104, C4108
C4401, C4402, C4406, I removed the anode lead from the splitter, still
shutsdown immediately
I`m lost at this point any ideas?  tia, Larry E
