[TechAssist] Re: PS35682 CTC170RA service manual

This is my second one of these. The first only took the caps in the power
supply, just like the CTC169 and this one needs the caps plus someone tried
to fix the tuner and buggered it up. Will check caps in the vertical also.
Replaced broken thermistor that the other guy probably missed. The set
actually still works but I am changing all these caps for PM. Also the gunk
from those rubber spacers is all over the place will need to clean that on
main board and in PIP module.
