[TechAssist] PRINCETON MONITOR B19BL H.O. ?

Morning guys,
This monitor has a shorted h.o. Looks like a 2sc5443 which will not cross, is
not in my Jap spec book and none of my suppliers have it listed in their data
bases. Anyone have a clue where to get or a cross or specs on this silicon life
form? Thanks
