[TA-A] PHILIPS 50P831A (PTV915) NO AUDIO OR PIX

 Intermittent problem;  No video or audio, when unit is turned on, but there
is HV and CRT's ok, seems its not getting video drive signal.  When unit is
turned off, a pix will appear just after the unit is turned off. 
Disconnected the Blue Crt to see if CRT was causing the problem, sense the
Blue tube is a problem with philip sets   Something is (Kine bias circuit}
isdisabling or muting the video.  Any help.
