[TechAssist] PANASONIC TV MODEL NO. CT-2016SE

Hi Techs
Second request, panasonic TV chassis no. FP360 , cable end was broken, replaced 
it now the set is dead, just the relay clicks. Any idea what else can be wrong. 
Appreciate your help on this one.
