[TechAssist] PANASONIC CTP-3189SF INTERMITTENT SHUTDOWN

Hello everyone I am working on a panasonic ctp-3189sf with intermittent shut 
off not shut down.  when the set shuts off I can just press the power button 
and it will come back on.  If no antenna connected set will not shut off. when 
screen control turned up set shuts off.  I measured all voltages on ABL cirucit 
found what appeared to be several leaky transistors (Q312, Q313 AND Q302 The 
ABL Transistor replaced these and set still shuts off rechecked all voltages 
including the 5.0 volt the 12volt and the 140 volt. scoped the abl ciruit no 
changes occur prior to shut down.  replaced ic 301 AN5304NK Deflection chip for 
GP. Still shuts off. (SAMS IS 3163 ) I am kinda lost where to go I am hoping 
some one has had this trouble or can lead me back to the right direction
