[TechAssist] Re: PANASONIC CT-36SX12F CHASSIS AP382

The most common thing I have found on Panasonic with that symptom is loose
connection or poor solder on the degaussing block. I can't remember the
location number but it is the 3 leg black box in the degaussing circuit it
can also be bad, also look the entire board over for loose connections.
