A couple of years ago I had bought 3 of them for about $50 US currency. On
the first one, I checked the price and availability just so I could give the
customer an estimate to decline so I could collect a diagnostic fee. They
gave me the price and said it would be special order. I thought the price
was low and asked them to verify that it had parts on it and was not just a
bare pcb. They said it was fully populated, tuner and all. After the first
one arrived, I ordered a couple more to take care of additional units that
had come in, and got them.
I guess somebody decided the price was too low.
