Replace the electrolytic cap right next to the horz driver transformer
should be a small on if I remember right its 1uf 160v or something close to
that.

HOT and R440 (2.7K 5w), which supplies voltage to the driver transformer,
had increased to 3.6k ohms. Replaced with original parts, and now the set
will run with a great picture, but after a few minutes, when I touch the
heatsink that the HOT is mounted on it is very warm. It seems much warmer
than other brands of TVs. I've checked the waveforms at the HOT and they are
OK with no extra ringing or distortion. There is a regulator mounted on the
other side of this heatsink, and I am wondering of these two parts together
are causing this heat. Does anybody have any experience with these newer
Orion TVs?
