Roger, check connections at JS1900-3, check IC1601, 
U1127, U1410, U1411, C1454, Q1400, Q1406, Q1407, 
R1907, R1906, R1929, U1601, L1201, C8127, and the 
tuner could be bad.

Pin 2-2.2
Pin 3-.1
Pin 4-2.2
Pin 5-.2
Pin 6-0
Pin 7-0
Pin 8-0
Pin 9-25.9
Pin 10-0
Appreciate any help.
