True, most of the old TV tubes aren't worth much anymore. But the audio
tubes especiallay the ones on the list routinely sell for between $15 and
$75 ea depending on the number, as an example a few specailty audio sites
sell some 12ax7 types for over $100 although most average between $20-50
(NOS). A few sweep tubes have ended up in audio too but those are uncommon,
but they still have some added value.
Radio tubes are a mixed batch there were enough produced that the prices
have stayed low but since supplys are dwindling prices have started to rise
also but not like the increses in the audio tube market. So the question to
liquidate or not to liquidate depends on what. If you still work on tube
audio and old radio Keep those, since replacing them will cost a fortune.

Well George, If I had 6200 tubes stuck in MY inventory......
I'd liquidate....heck, you could have a Big Ass Barbeque....invite all your
wife's friends, do all the work....make her happy....;-)

(personally, I'd invest that into a DLP....shhhhh)

| I wouldn't sell any of my audio tubes for that price, most all the other
| numbers are negotiable.
