[TechAssist] Re: New XP update/ screwed up my computer

Very true. Most of the computer problems are due to customer naivate'. That
"click here for a free..." is way too tempting for the unitiated. I've seen
CPUs so full of junk and spybots that you had to wait nearly a minute to
load an application!
Don't get me started on firewalls! Xp has a firewall option that comes
normally UNSELECTED! The user has to know it's there. I don't know how good
it is, but SOMETHING is better than nothing!
