Sorry, but Gray's TV is not enough.
How about a decent sig file?

I got your message, but you could have included it in your sig file, just
like I have in mine.

BTW, many techs have phone numbers (and fax numbers) in their sig file.
This is so helpful, because I can call them with help when I don't have the
time to type out a response.
