[TechAssist] Re: Needed : Sony KV20V50 Service Manual/Sams Efact 3267

I was locked out from the Sony service website because of an IP address
issue (they had my IP address on a "forbidden" list so I could not access
the manuals). I just got that resolved and I am in the process of uploading
the service manual now to the Tech Assist website members area.
