[TechAssist] Need info-pwr.circuits-Mitsubishi VS4571

Have Mitsubishi VS4571, 1994 year set- problem was no vertical, replaced
LA7838 and C406 as per WinStips, still no vertical!
Wires too short to check voltages in case, need to know power source
for vertical, no book that is close on this one.
Audio is OK.
