[TechAssist] Need help on RCA CTC177AF3

Set came in with shorted HOT (Q4401). I replaced HOT and IFT sparked & shorted
new one at turn on. Replaced U4101 (STK730-130) & Q4401 then set operated with
normal picture for about 2 minutes then Q4401 shorted again. Any help is
appreciated. I am working with no schematic.
