[TechAssist] Need a micro for Panasonic tv model CTP3196, chassis AEDP 214

This is for a 1991 Prism Panasonic and is NLA. I need the control micro IC 
011, MN1872419QAA.

This set came in dead, no relay action. There is no activity at pin 31, PWR 
ON. I can force the relay on by jumping 5 volts to the base of the relay driver 
transistor and even had a picture with channel select and full menu control 
intermittently but no sound output. The clocking oscillator is running. Any 
thoughts or tips would be appreciated.
