[TechAssist] Need Computer Guru???

Hi I have a question .I am using win98 on my computer I used to send 
faxes from it but now it dont work.Some people told me that Bitware was 
too old to work.Can anyone tell me where I can get this software to send 
faxes from the computer I dont need to recieve them.All I can find is
fax to email that I have to pay for..Open to all sugestions..Eric
