[TechAssist] Need Chipper Check V1.83a from the September 2004 monthly CD

I have versions 1.84a, 1.85 and 1.83a from the March 2004 disk and none 
will upload data to the ITC222 SSB board. Thomson Tech line technician 
says that version 1.83a from the September 2004 disk does work. If 
someone has this and could upload it to the members site please do so.
